Here are the changes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Significant memory reduction for the simulations (should be between 2 and 4 times). <\/li><li>Performance improvement when running the simulation with large number of labels.<\/li><li>Axial position for the &#8220;Array&#8221; pattern now can be set in the GUI. It is useful for generating calibration files for the astigmatic 3D simulations. <\/li><li>Some minor fixes for v2.1.1<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also we backported a minor feature from the development branch and released <a href=\"https:\/\/titan.physx.u-szeged.hu\/~adoptim\/?page_id=582\">rainSTORM v3.1.7<\/a>. Here are the changes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Backport ExportBoxTracker tool to export localization data from selected ROIs on the Super-Resolution Image.<\/li><li>Updated <a href=\"https:\/\/titan.physx.u-szeged.hu\/~adoptim\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/rainSTORM-blind-drift-correction.pdf\">Auto Drift Algorithm<\/a> with comments.<\/li><li>Removed the BaSDI Drift Correction button from the GUI, as the implementation wasn\u2019t as good as expected. <\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have released the latest version (v2.1.3) of TestSTORM.
