Rees, G\u00e1bor Szab\u00f3, Mikl\u00f3s Erd\u00e9lyi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The results can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/bigwww.epfl.ch\/smlm\/challenge2016\/index.html?p=results\">here,<\/a> and our conclusion:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>TL;DR; Our software scores high in precision (2D and AS 0.999-0.995; BP 0.88) and somewhere in the middle when measuring the recall rate (~0.6). And this value is the same for low and high density data.
