E-learning materials

Recently I took part in e-learning material development creating electronic lecture notes for several courses. These projects were funded by the European Social Fund under contract number TÁMOP-4.1.2-08/1/A and TÁMOP 4.1.2A/1-11. The pdf versions of the electronic lecture notes are available clicking on the book icon . I also included the html version, if it had been created.

Quantum theory of atoms, molecules and their interaction with light

Mihály Benedict

This is an English material on atomic and molecular physics which puts an extra focus on the topic of atomic systems interacting with light and electromagnetic radiation. The basic methods to understand this field are shown. Useful for courses in Msc or Phd level.

My contribution: Text editing in LaTeX, collecting and embeding pictures and animations. Introductory pages for chapters. Conversion of the material to Docbook XML format.

Semiconductor optics (In Hungarian)

Imre Hevesi, Iván Gyémánt

This Hungarian lecture notes gives a basic introduction into the field of semiconductor photon sources. Theoretical background as well as the experimental results are presented. The simplifications of theoretical models are made clear. Students can learn the background of everyday devices like LED lamps, laser pointers, sensors based on photo detection.

My contribution: Text editing in LaTeX, collecting and embeding pictures and animations. Introductory pages for chapters. Conversion of the material to SCORM package.

Introduction to the physics of atoms molecules and photons

Mihály Benedict

This is an English material on atomic and molecular physics which puts an extra focus on the topic of atomic systems interacting with light and electromagnetic radiation. The very basic methods to understand this field are shown. Useful for courses in Bsc level.

My contribution: Text editing in LaTeX, collecting and embeding pictures and animations. Introductory pages for chapters. Conversion of the material to SCORM package.
