The Dual-view Optosplit system is installed on the UP2 detection port for two-colour and polarization sensitive wide-field imaging. White light and fluorescence methods combined with EPI/HILO/TIRF illumination modes can be used.
Key features:
- Fluorescence or white light excitation/illumination
- Spectral separation at 647/561 and 647/488 excitations
- Polarization separation
- Detection via Andor Zyla (high sensitivity) or Nikon Fi3 (large FOV) cameras
- Reduced FOV due to the doubled image
