Super-resolution localization-based microscope system

Custom-built single molecule localization-based super-resolution (SMLM) 3D and polarization sensitive imaging. dSTORM SMLM requires a special switching buffer and data acquisition takes several minutes. The Perfect Focus System keeps the sample in focus with an axial error of <50 nm. Captured image stacks can be evaluated via our self-developed rainSTORM program.
